Our Story
We are a Vietnamese-Chinese family from the heart of Saigon, where food is more than a meal—it’s how we show love and stay connected to our roots. When we moved to Melbourne, we brought those traditions to Sai Gon Home Kitchen, sharing the heritage of our family recipes with our local community.
Our kitchen specializes in the bold, aromatic flavors of Saigon street food and the comforting soul of Chinese home cooking. Whether you’re craving a bowl of authentic Beef Pho, our signature Saigon Broken Rice (Cơm Tấm Sườn), or a Sizzling Mongolian Beef, every dish is crafted with care and authenticity.
